Marie Bledsoe

MA
Therapist

Marie Bledsoe earned her Masters Degree in counseling at the College of Idaho in 1989. She has worked in private practice in Idaho for 10 years and in Washington for the past 12 years. The primary focus of her career has been working with individuals, couples and families suffering from depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues and abuse as they endeavored to understand and deal with their problems and make their lives better.

Marie and her husband, Larry, raised six children; they also welcomed one foster child and five foreign exchange students into their family. Their six children are now, thankfully, out of school and gainfully employed in Idaho, Washington, Oregon and Iowa. She recently moved to the area and loves time spent with friends, kids and grandkids; taking long walks in this beautiful part of the country; reading; sewing; yoga; and quilting.

She is excited about entering this new phase of her counseling career, with her work centered on families and adolescents in the boarding school environment.
